A very nice, quiet hotel with impeccable service.

Second stay at this tranquil hotel (the first time was 2-3 years ago). The gardens, the buildings, the lobby, the rooms—everything is clean and beautiful. You truly feel like you're in a luxurious oasis. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Most of the restaurants are excellent, especially Helios and La Bohème. We were less impressed with the steakhouse (El Gaucho) and the Italian restaurant. Guests have access to the three other Grand Palladium hotels, their restaurants, activities, etc. In short, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. ** One major drawback was the disorganization of the shuttles to the hotels upon our arrival in Cancun. It seems the service has been centralized under one company (Nexus). I've been to Cancun airport more than ten times, and I've never seen such chaos, first trying to find Nexus representatives (far too few for the number of travelers waiting), and then waiting for almost two hours before being assigned to a bus. After a long flight, the last thing you want is to wait for hours for your shuttle to the hotel. A big zero out of 10 for this aspect of the trip.**
Deuxième séjour à cet hotel tranquille (la 1ère fois il y a 2-3 ans). Les jardins, les bâtiments, le lobby, les chambres, tout est propre et très beau. On se sent vraiment dans un oasis de luxe. More... Less...** Un gros point négatif fut désorganisation des navettes vers les hotels à notre arrivée à Cancun. Il semble que le service a été centralisé en une compagnie (Nexus). J'ai été plus d'une dizaine de fois à l'aéroport de Cancun, et jamais je n'ai vu un tel chaos, pour trouver les représentants de Nexus (trop peu nombreux pour la masse de voyageurs qui attendaient) et ensuite l'attente de près de 2 heures avant d'être assigné à un autobus. Après un long vol, la dernière chose qu'on souhaite s'est d'attendre des heures pour prendre notre navette vers l'hotel. Un gros zero sur 10 pour cet aspect du voyage.**

Great stay at a huge resort
Beau séjour sur un immense resort
The resort is huge, the food is very good, and the staff is exceptional! The beach is a 15-minute walk from the resort and is very well laid out, but the sea water isn't always inviting (the sand blows up, giving it a brownish color). I highly recommend it.
