Apart from my bad experience at the reception (Check in) with the agent indifferent to my needs and who sighed impatiently because English is not my first language, I simply asked him to speak more slowly so that I could understand him well, he spoke out loud in front of everyone present "Ah you are French-Canadians". Regardless of color, race or nationality we all deserve respect from customers, that's the basis, a minimum please.
