Probably the worst all-inclusive I've ever been to, and I think I'll ever be able to be to in my life...

Yes I know it's Cuba... but still: The package and activity announcement on the website is outdated... no activities (entertainment on the site) there was barely any music during the first week of the holidays. The main pool has been closed and under renovation for two years, including the area where evening shows used to take place. The à la carte restaurant was closed all week (only once, to my knowledge), and they charged $15 USD to reserve (even though it's included) for the same food as the buffet? I had problems with my room all week, including issues with my door (electronic lock), so my housekeeper couldn't come for half the week. I mentioned the problem several times to the front desk. Furthermore, I had to ask every day for the two small bottles of water that I was supposed to have in my refrigerator daily. I only received the small bottles twice during my one-week stay. I also ran out of toilet paper twice. As for the buffet, the only positive point for me was breakfast, as I'm an early riser, but lunch and dinner often lacked food, and only chicken and pork were available. I even had to I had to pay a cook one evening at 8:35 PM to reheat some leftover rice with a bit of chicken sauce on the stovetop because he said it was closed. I noticed a lot of food theft on the premises, by local Cubans, people trying to do good for the locals and the staff... it's sad and extremely disappointing for us who pay for an "all-inclusive" package. The pools... the main one is closed for renovations, and the second one near the beach is closed half the week because it's poorly maintained and full of algae. The gym, if you can even call it that, haha, the mats on the floor could have been replaced, they're so dirty, half the equipment is broken, you have to be pretty clueless ;) . At checkout, they wanted to charge me for two beach towels due to poor communication on their part. Given the access to my room, I only got mine once outside my room because I managed to run into my lovely chambermaid. The staff are really nice, though, no doubt about it! Unfortunately, I wouldn't dare call it all-inclusive!
Oui je sait c'est cuba.. mais quand meme: L'annonce du forfait et activiter sur le site désuette... aucune activité ( animation sur le site) tout juste si ont avais de la musique en première semaine des fêtes. Piscine principal fermer et en rénovation depuis 2 ans incluant le coin ou les shows de soirer par exemple avais lieux.Restaurant a la carte fermer tout la semaine ( une fois a ma connaissance seulement), il chargais 15us pour réserver ( alors que c'est inclus) pour avoir la même bouffe que le buffet?J'ai u des probleme ave ma chambre tout la semaine, probleme avec louverture de ma porte( serrure electronique), alors ma femme de chambre na pu venir la moitier de la semaine, jai mentionner le problème plusieurs fois au front desc...de plus j'ai du allez demander a tout les jours mes bouteilles d'eau ( les 2 petites ) que j'étais senser avoir par jour dans mon réfrigérateur, je n'Ai u que 2x fos des petites bouteille pour un séjour de une semaine... j'ai aussi manquer de papier de toillette a 2 reprise.Que dire du buffet, bon le seul point positif pour moi étais le déjeuner car je suis lève tot, mais diner et souper manquer souvent de nourriture, et seulement poulet et porc, jai meme du payer un cuisinier un soir a 20:35 pour qu'il me rechauffe un restant de riz avec un fond de sauce poulet ssur la plaque car il disait qu'il étais fermer.J'ai constater beaucoup de vol de nourriture sur place, par de cubain locaux, des gens voulant bie faire pour les locaux et le personel... c'est triste et extrèment décevant pour nous qui payont un ``tout inlcus``.Les Piscines... la grosse principal fermer en rénos, et la 2e proche de la plage, la moitier de la semaine fermer papisrceque mal entretenue, plein d'algues.Le gym si ont peu appeler ca tel quel haha, les tapis au sol pourrais etre changer tellement ils sont sale, la moitier des équipement briser, il faut être très bédrouillard ;) . Lors de mon check out, il voulais me charger 2 serviette de plage car mauvaise communication de leur part, vu l'accès a ma chambre, j'ai u la (1x) mienne hors de ma chambre car j'ai réussi a croiser ma charmante femme de chambre. Le personnel est vraiment gentil par contre ca yas pas a dire! Malheureusement j'e nauserais pas appeler ca un tout inclus!
