It's good, there was a problem with the air conditioning for 40 hours, but it was fixed afterward. The rooms are nice and clean. Everything is nearby (beach, buffet, pool), however, you have to take a train to get to the lobby and some restaurants, but it runs quite frequently! Very friendly staff

I loved the place, everything was perfect. I had booked a room at the Tropical, but the next day I asked to change to the Caribe, which is on the same property, but it's quieter there. The Tropical is ideal for families with young children. My 18-year-old daughter and I really enjoyed it. I opted for the Platinum package, and in my opinion, it's definitely worth it for the à la carte restaurants, the private beach, the private pool at the spa, and the à la carte breakfasts on the beach every morning. There was some sargassum seaweed, but they work very hard to clean it up every day. I would definitely go back.

J’ai adoré l’endroit, tout etait parfait, j’avais reservé au tropical et le lendemain j’ai demandé a changer pour le caribe qui est sur le meme site mais c’est plus tranquille au caribe. Le tropical est pour les familles avec jeunes enfants.

Moi et ma fille de 18 ans avons vraiment aimé. J’ai opté pour la version platinium et tant qu’à moi ça vaut vraiment la peine pour les restaurants a la cartes la plage privée, la piscine privée au spa, les dejeuner a la carte au bord de la plage tout les matins.

Il y avait des sargasses mais ils travaillent tres fort pour tout nettoyer a tous les jours. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

Disappointed. I'd already been there in 2024 or 2025 and it was better. The room service leaves much to be desired. We had to call twice because the toilet water was constantly running. We asked for towels several times. The room was cleaned too late. Once, at 3:30 pm, it still wasn't done! The service at the bar near the beach was very good. Plenty of palapas for shade. The pool is quite large but lacks handrails for getting in and out. No ladder either. So it's not safe. Very disappointed overall. I give it 3 stars.

Déçue j y avais déjà été en 2024 ou 2025 et c'était mieux. Le service aux chambres laisse à désirer. On a dû appeler 2 x pour l eau de la toilette qui coulait tout le temps. On a demandé plusieurs fois des serviettes. La chambre était faite trop tard. 1 fois à 15h30 elle n'était pas encore faite!! Au bar près de la plage, très bon service. Beaucoup de palapas pour l ombre. Piscine assez grande mais manque rampes pour descendre ou remonter. Pas d'echelle non plus. Donc pas sécuritaire.
Très déçue dans l ensemble de l endroit. Je donne la note de 3 étoiles.
