Very satisfied with my stay, highly recommend. Positive: The hotel is well placed and rather quiet compared to the other strip spots. Negative: The pool fills up fast enough, arrive early !!!

Tres satisfait de mon séjour, je recommande fortement. Positif : L'hôtel est bien place et plutôt calme par rapport aux autres spots du Strip. Négatif : La piscine se remplit assez vite, arrivez tôt !!!

Negative: I thought I was doing business with you, it was good, but unfortunately I find that you use the same methods to scam customers as other travel agencies or sites. Everything went well except when I took my flight back to Canada, the surprise came from the West Jet agent at check-in, asking me to pay for my hand luggage, which is blizzard and never seen before!! I ask for an explanation, how come I came with the same suitcase, and for the return trip you ask me to pay, and she shows me a card that explains that economy tickets are not allowed to have luggage, even hand luggage with a small suitcase. So I paid $40 USD for that. As long as she showed me this card, I can't say that it's her fault, even though my ticket is an economy ticket. This is your scam of the century, and I won't stop at this comment until you give me an explanation.

Négatif : j'ai pensé faire un affaire avec vous c'était bien mais malheureusement je trouve que vous utiliser les memes façon pour arnaquer les client comme autre agence de voyage ou sites. tout est dérouler bien sauf au moment que je prends mon vol de retour au canada est là la surprise l'agent de West jet au moment d'enregistrement elle me demande de payer pour mes bagages à main ce qui est blizzard et de jamais vu !! je demande des explication comment ça se fait que je suis venu avec la même valise et pour le retour vous me demander a payer et la elle me sort une carte qui explique que les billets économique ont pas le droit à un bagage même bagage a main avec une petite valise. alors j'ai payé 40$Us pour ça. tant que elle ma montré cette carte je peux pas dire que c est de ça faute alors que mon billet c est un billet eco. voila votre arnaque du siècle et je m'arrêterai pas seulement a ce commentaire jusqu'à que vous me donner des explications

The hotel is conveniently located in front of the Hotel New York, Excalibur and the MGM. it was very quiet, friendly staff, nice pool. Stunning views from the 18th floor of what we have quoted. We would go back. Positive: Same Negative: No buffet, there was no entertainment in the room during our stay and not a real restaurant for lunch.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en face de l'hôtel New York, l'Excalibur et le MGM. c'était très tranquille, personnel courtois, belle piscine. Vue imprenable du 18ième étage sur tout ce que nous avons cité. Nous y retournerions. Positif : Idem Négatif : Pas de buffet , il n'y a pas eu de spectacle dans la salle durant notre séjour et pas de restaurant pour prendre un vrai déjeuner.
