The negative points are just because of all what is happening right now in Cuba, so with a normal amount of people going to Cuba they would have done more activities and open more restaurents. The beach is wonderful and the pool great and clean. Staffs is amazing. Only thing to know is : there is a lot of stairs from the lobby, to go to the main pool/beach area . So if you have disabilities it might not be a good pick. Beside this : I loved my stay.
