No activities, the food was good but always the same, and the buffet was only available two nights a week. The housekeeper accused me of stealing a towel I never had and made me pay for it after being humiliated and taken into an office with my daughter for 45 minutes. The waiters were very nice, but otherwise, very disappointing. The beach, however, is beautiful.

Pas d'activités, nourriture bonne mais toujours la meme et buffet seulement 2 soir durant la semaine.
La femme de chbre m'a accusé d'avoir volé une serviette que je n'ai jamaie eue et que jai du payer apres avoir ete humiliée et prise avec eux 45 minutes dans un bureau avec ma fille. Les serveurs sont très gentils mais pour le reste, très décevant. La plage est magnifique par contre.

Pleasant staff, very decent room, small pool, half of which is closed for renovation. No choice of a la carte restaurant, there is only one and you cannot reserve it at the reception, you have to go and queue early in the morning. Too many stairs to climb, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Personnel agréable, chambre très correcte, petite piscine dont la moitié est fermée pour rénovation. Pas de choix de restaurant a la carte, il n'y en a qu'un seul et on ne peut pas le réserver a la réception, il faut aller faire la file tôt le matin. Trop de marches a monter, je ne reprendrais pas cet hôtel.

I have been going to this hotel for twenty years for the quality of its services. I have been to several other places and countries but no other has pleased me as much. For my stays in Varadero I stay at this hotel and recommend it to my friends.
