Overall, the hotel and food were good despite the situation in Cuba. My daughter and I went there to relax and enjoy the sea. The staff was very good and provided excellent service; even though they worked from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., they always had a smile. We didn't want for anything. I hope the situation will change in the future, as it's a wonderful destination.

En général c'est bien l'hôtel et nourriture malgré la situation à Cuba. Ma fille et moi on a été pour relaxer et profiter de la mer. Le personnel a été très bon et donne un excellent service, même si travaille de 7 am jusqu'à 11 pm ils avaient toujours une sourire. Ont n'a rien manqué. J'espère que la situation changerais à future puisque c'est un merveilleuse destination.
