Beautiful beach. Food is okay, sometimes great, sometimes average. Cocktails are good. Not much going on during the day. No shows in the evening, only live music that ends at 10 or 10:30 PM. It's not a place to party. The lobby is very small, making it a bit awkward to sit there. It's difficult to make friends in this environment, especially since there's no activity after 10:30 PM at the latest. Generally, you'll find Canadian and Mexican travelers there, mostly over 40, with or without children.

Peu d'activité dans la journée. Pas de spectacle en soirée, seulement de la ''live music'' qui se termine à 22h ou 22h30. Ce n'est pas une place pour faire la fête.
Le lobby est très très petit, de sorte que s'y assoir est un peu malaisant. Donc difficile de se faire des amis dans cet environnement, ajouté au fait qu'il n'y a pas d'activité après 22h30 maximum.
En général, on y retrouve des voyageurs canadiens et mexicains, majoritairement âgé en haut de 40 ans, avec ou sans enfants.

We spent two weeks with three children. There were 5 of us in a "superior room" which has two double beds, we asked for a small bed (playpen) for the youngest. The hotel is a 3* I think it can really suit a couple. For a family with young children, it was more mixed..our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony (three-foot railing!!) so the children couldn't go there alone (much too dangerous), at the buffet, in the morning and at lunchtime many, many birds come to disturb and especially try to eat the leftovers!! My partner received small gifts on his shoulder twice! Do not leave your plate unattended! The restaurant is surrounded by water (marina) only small ropes act as railings!! Super stressful with a child of almost two years old running everywhere!! The staff is very very relaxed!!! If you want coffee, be very clear! Puerto Plata is a very, very expensive city... it was my 5th time in Mexico, but the 1st time in an all-inclusive in this country... in terms of entertainment it was very, very average!!! Nothing during the day and in the evening it varied..! For the pools, we went to the two close to the beach, especially the heated one (really great for children!!) So, for us, a family of 5, we had a great stay because we wanted to avoid the hassle of accommodation and food. We went out to see the city (Malecon) and we went to Sayulita (by bus back and taxi there), we didn't want to be difficult customers by changing the room, but we would not return to this hotel considering the few targeted measures for children. But, I think the target audience remains retired people. It's not a luxury hotel, although you're surrounded by millionaire yachts, but if the goal is to find a cheaper hotel and for a couple it might be suitable!!

Nous avons passés deux semaines avec trois enfants. Nous étions 5 dans une « chambre supérieure » qui comporte deux lits doubles, nous avons demandé un petit lit (parc de bébé) pour le plus jeune. L’hôtel est un 3* je crois qu’il peut vraiment bien convenir pour un couple. Pour une famille avec des jeunes enfants, c’était plus mitigé..notre chambre était au 8e étage avec un balcon (rambarde de trois pieds !!) les enfants ne pouvaient donc pas y aller seuls (beaucoup trop dangereux), au buffet, le matin et le midi beaucoup beaucoup d’oiseaux viennent déranger et surtout essayer de manger les restes !! Mon conjoint a reçu à deux reprises des petits cadeaux sur l’épaule ! Ne laissez pas votre assiette sans surveillance ! Le restaurant est entouré d’eau (marina) seuls des petites cordes font office de rambarde !! Super stressant avec un enfant de près de deux ans qui coure partout !! Le personnel est très très relaxe !!! Si vous voulez du café , soyez très clair ! puerto plata est une ville très mais très dispendieuse… c’était ma 5e fois au Mexique, mais la 1ere fois dans un tout inclus dans ce pays…au niveau de l’animation c’etait très mais très moyen !!! Rien dans le jour et le soir cela variait ..! Pour les piscines, nous sommes allés aux deux proches de la plage surtout celle chauffée (vraiment génial pour les enfants!!)Donc, pour nous une famille de 5, nous avons passé un super séjour car nous voulions d’abord ne pas se casser la tete avec le logement et la nourriture nous sommes sortis voir la ville (Malecon)et nous sommes allés à Sayulita (en bus retour et taxi pour l’aller), on a pas voulu faire nos clients difficiles en changeant la chambre, mais nous ne reviendrions pas à cet hôtel considérant le peu de mesures ciblées pour les enfants. Mais, je crois que le public cible demeure les personnes retraités. Ce n’est pas un hôtel de luxe, bien que l’on soit entouré de yatch de millionaires, mais si le but est de trouver un hôtel moins cher et pour un couple ça peut convenit !!

Positive point: I really liked the location, the staff is very attentive, the place is super clean, Negative point: ordinary coffee, no barista, no refrigerator in the room, I recommend this hotel,

Point positif: J'ai bien aimer l'emplacement, le personnelle est bien attentionné, endroit super propre,
Point négatif: café ordinaire, pas de barista, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre,

manger très bon avec beaucoup de choix , place pour se reposer avec superbe marina et bateaux de millionnaires et température toujours excellente.........
