Perfect for those who love swimming pools. The beach isn't a real beach; it's just sand in front of Marina El Cid. The hotel is clean and modern, the food is amazing, the gardens are beautiful, there's 24-hour room service, and beach towels and sun loungers are plentiful; everything is 5-star, except the beach.

Parfait pour ceux qui aiment les piscines. La plage n'est pas une vraie plage, c'est du sable devant la Marina El Cid. Hotel propre, moderne, nourriture extraordinaire, les jardins magnifiques, service aux chambres 24h sur 24, serviettes de plage et chaises longues à volonté; tout est 5 étoiles, sauf la plage.

Very nice new hotel, clean, outstanding service, more than excellent! The meals are all good and appetizing. We knew the sea is absent, this is not the place to choose for beach or swimming in the sea. Stupid and numerous pools even if I don't like swimming pools so they really had to be TOP. Go by bike to Puerto Morelos, dolphin pool next to the hotel, fun to see. In short, a place to relax and eat well. Negative: the Tabar*+^%#}{{ of lounge music non-stop without end everywhere everywhere on the site and this 24/24h for 7 days even in the toilets, restaurant, lobby, pools It irritates at some point 😣😩

La mer ont le savait est absente, ce n’est pas l’endroit à choisir pour faire de la beach ou baignade à la mer. Piscines débiles et nombreuses meme si je ne trippe pas piscine donc fallait vraiment qu’elles soient TOP.
Aller en vélo à Puerto Morelos, bassin de dauphins à côté de l’hôtel l’fun à voir. Bref, un endroit pour se relaxer et bien manger.

Superb hotel!!! The vegetation is really beautiful. The pools are super clean. I imagine in the days when there was no seaweed the sea could be beautiful and the sand is beautiful but for us it was really impossible to go into the water because of the seaweed. We ate well both at the buffet and at the a la carte restaurant. Lots of choice. If you are looking for a place to rest this is the ideal place. The only downside is the smell that comes from the sea because of the sargassum but unfortunately they can't do much about it.

J'imagine dans le temps ou il n'a pas d'algues la mer peut être belle et le sable est beau mais nous c'était vraiment impossible d'aller a l'eau du aux algues. nous avons bien manger autant au buffet qu'au resto a la carte. beaucoup de choix. Si vous chercher un endroit pour vous reposer c'est l'endroit idéal. Le seul bémol c'est l'odeur qui se dégage de la mer a cause des sargasses mais malheureusement il ne peuvent pas faire grand chose.

It was a very nice stay, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the buffet was varied, the dinner too. Several pools with access to the entire resort. I highly recommend it.
