Small hotel Clientele: 60 years + Buffet: repetitive VIP: scam Beach: on another site 7-8 min. walking distance 1 bar 2 a la carte restaurants 1 lounge (for VIP and Royal) 1 swimming pool for all 1 10x12" swimming pool (for VIP and Royal) 1 café viennoiserie 1 buffet Positive: Atmosphere - very too quiet Staff - polite but nothing more ... Don't ask for favors ... They will tell you that the boss doesn't want to.!!?? Golf: wow and after 2 p.m. excellent price Cleanliness: impeccable Negative: The phone rings loudly and non-stop ... with a horrible sound ... You will think you are in a dentist's office. Pay for Royal and not the VIP (too many restrictions and exclusions, it's not worth the cost) Lighting: you will have, even in the restaurant, the feeling of being in a school cafeteria ... It's too bright and especially do not ask to dim ;) Room balcony: no view possible, it's a 4" high concrete wall ... Sitting you will be in a box. Reduced mobility: the beach is too far and you will have the cart once in 10. There is only 1 and it is never there. The wine: HORRIBLE .. awful vinegar. But a good choice a la carte $$ Music: stupefying Bank: must go to the mall (15 minute walk) Beach vendors: CONTINUOUS HARASSMENT .. up to 40-50 vendors will solicit you in a single day ... Bring your headphones !!!! VIP: take royal! You can go as much as you want a la carte and in the lounge. And forget the drink service at the beach .. there is none. Strict: no noise after 10 a.m. ... You are sent to the room !! And no place to chill. Convenience store: almost closed at all times, you have to go to the mall Towel: you can only change them between 4 and 5 p.m. No permanent stand. Buffet hours: not very accommodating ... And long periods closed. You have to go to the beach 8 minutes away and it will be fried chicken, burgers, hot dogs. No place for nightlife / 10 p.m. last call The staff is not attentive ... The atmosphere breaks as soon as a problem arises or a request is made. Ex: a request for a room with 2 beds ... You will be told there is only one and that's it.! Non-negotiable they are nonchalant ... I heard an incredible number of people harassed by the staff and the Vibe. The hotel lacks running in and the staff finesse My rating, from a seasoned traveler: 4/100, I got screwed on that one ;) I am 43 years old my partner 53.

Positif : Ambiance - très trop tranquille
Staff - poli mais sans plus ... Demander pas de faveur ... Ils vous diront que le patron veut pas.!!??
Golf : wow et après 14h excellent prix
Propreté : impeccable

Négatif : Le téléphone sonne fort et sans arrêt ...avec un son horrible... Vous vous croirrez dans un cabinet de dentistes.

Payez pour Royal et non le VIP (trop de restrictions et d'exclusions, ça ne vaut pas le coût)

L'éclairage : vous aurez, même au resto, le feeling d'être dans une cafétéria d'école ... C'est trop clair et surtout ne pas demandé de tamiser ;)

Balcon de chambre : aucune vue possible, c'est un mur de béton de 4" de haut ... Assis vous serez dans une boîte.

Mobilité réduite: la plage est trop loin et vous aurez la voiturette une fois sur 10. Il en a juste 1 et elle n'est jamais là.

Le vin : HORRIBLE .. de l'affreux vinaigre. Mais un bon choix a la carte $$

Musique: abbrutissante

Banque : doit aller au mail (15 minutes de marche)

Vendeurs de plage: DU HARCÈLEMENT EN CONTINU.. jusqu'à 40-50 vendeurs vous solliciterons dans une seule journée ... Apporter vos écouteurs !!!!

VIP: prenez royal! Vous pourrez allez a volonté a la carte et au lounge. Et oubliez le service de drink a la plage ..il n'y en a pas.

Stricte: pas de bruit dépassé 10h ... On vous envoi a la chambre !! Et pas d'endroit pour chiller.

Dépanneur: presque fermé en tout temps faut aller au mail

Serviette: vous pouvez uniquement les changer entre 16 et 17h . Pas de stand permanent.

Horaire des buffets: peu accommodant ... Et longue période fermé . Vous devez vous rendre a la plage à 8 minutes et ce sera du poulet frit, burger, hot dog.

Aucun endroit pour un night life / 22h last call

Le personnel n'est pas attentionné ... L'atmosphère se brise dès qu'un soucis se présente ou une demande est faite. Ex: une demande de chambre avec 2 lits ... On vous dira y'en a juste un et c'est comme ca.! Non négociable ils sont nonchalant...

J'ai entendu un nombre incroyable de personned harrassé pas le personnel et la Vibe.

L'hôtel manque de rodage et le personnel de finesse

Very quiet hotel, perfect for relaxing: few rooms, adults only, non-invasive activities. The hotel is surrounded by a golf course, you find yourself in the middle of green spaces. The beach is a 10-minute walk, or 2 minutes with the golf cart shuttles. It is clean, the touts are there but very friendly. Not much current, you can swim there easily. Positive: - the food! The buffet is varied and it is very good! A pleasure to return 3 times a day :) - the cleanliness - the tranquility - the location in the middle of a golf course - the kindness of the staff Negative: - alcohol: if you do not take the superior alcohol package, you will be entitled to very sweet cocktails, and very average wine. The beer is better. - restaurants: it is possible to reserve for a la carte restaurants, in the hotel. Surprisingly, they are much less good than the options offered at the buffet.

Hotel très tranquille, parfait pour relaxer: peu de chambres, réservé aux adultes, activités pas envahissantes. L'hotel est entouré d'un golf, on se retrouve au milieu d'espaces verts. La plage est a 10 minutes de marche, ou 2 minutes avec les navettes voiturettes de golf. Elle est clean, les rabatteurs sont la mais tres gentils. Pas beaucoup de courant, on peut y nager facilement. Positif : - la bouffe! Le buffet est varié et c'est trés bon! Un plaisir d'y retourner 3 fois par jour :)

- la localisation au milieu d'un terrain de golf
- la gentillesse du personnel Négatif : - alcool: si vous ne prenez pas le forfait alcool superieur, vous aurez droits a des cocktails tres sucrés, et a du vin tres moyen. La biere s'en tire mieux.
- restaurants: il est possible de reserver pour des restaurants a la carte, dans l'hotel. Avec surprise ils sont beaucoup moins bon que les options proposé au buffet.

For those who like small sites, it's perfect, not for young people, it's very quiet. Beautiful environment with the golf course around, golf which is quite ordinary however. Count a good $150 US to play with a cart, the caddy is also obligatory. The beach is about ten minutes walk, there is a shuttle regularly. As the swimming pool is a little disappointing (small and quite cold), it is to be considered not to be on the seaside. The buffet is quite good, although not very big, only 2 restaurants, open alternately, and you have to reserve the same morning, be early (before 8 am ...) otherwise, no place before 8:30 pm or 9 pm .... All the staff is very kind and smiling., a good point for the place. Positive: Small site, staff Negative: Small room, no table, no patio door, but just a door, balcony not very big. Restaurant difficult to reserve after 7:30-8 am

Pour ceux qui aiment les petits sites, c'est parfait, pas pour les jeunes, c'est très tranquille. Bel environnement avec le golf autour, golf qui est assez ordinaire cependant. Compter un bon 150$ US pour jouer avec un cart, le caddie est obligatoire aussi. La plage est à une dizaine de minutes à pied, il y a une navette régulièrement. Comme la piscine est un peu décevante (petite et assez froide) , c'est à considérer de ne pas être sur le bord de mer. Le buffet est assez bon, quoique pas très gros, seulement 2 restaurants, ouverts en alternance, et il faut réserver le matin même, soyez tôt (avant 8 hres...) sinon, pas de place avant 20h30 ou 21 hres. .. Tout le personnel est très gentil et souriant., un bon point pour l'endroit. Positif : Petit site, personnel Négatif : Chambre petite, pas de table, pas de porte patio, mais juste une porte, balcon pas très grand. Restaurant difficile à réserver passé 7h30-8h am
