When we arrived, we were disappointed to see that a section of the beach had been washed away by the sea. No one had mentioned the lack of a beach or the danger it posed. On the other hand, the staff and the facilities were very welcoming and clean.

Losque nous sommes arrivées nous avons eu le regret de voir qu’une plage avait été arrachée par la mer. Aucune personne ne nous avais fait mention de l’absence de plage et du danger de celle ci.

The Wi-Fi was not good; I didn't have it for the first 24 hours after my arrival, and for the rest of the week it kept cutting out. The VIK beach is small.

Belle expérience

A beautiful hotel and resort, despite being over 20 years old. Even in the low season, everything was open and functional, the buffet and restaurant were excellent with a varied menu. There were several activities on site, even for a low season stay. The pools and beach were lovely... however, the beach could have been cleaned a bit more (there was a lot of sargassum seaweed) compared to other hotels in the area. Some of the staff (bar and restaurant) seemed a little jaded. Overall, I was very satisfied with the price and location; I recommend it and would definitely return.

Super belle hotel et complex malgré l'âge de plus de 20ans. Même en basse saison tout étais ouvert et fonctionnel, buffet et restaurant excellent et menu varié. Plusieurs activités sur le site meme pour une base saison. Belle piscines et plage... manque un peu de nettoyage sur la plage ( sargasse beaucoup présent) comparer au autre hotel au alentours. Quelque membre du personnel (bar et restaurant) semble un peu blasé. En général tres satisfait pour le prix l'emplacement, je recommande et j'y retournerais sans tracas.
