Small resort, everything is close together. Very old, the rooms are due for renovations. Everything is rusty: the mini-fridge in the room, the shower and vanity fixtures. The room air conditioning doesn't work. Even the gym doesn't have air conditioning. Often there's no hot water in the shower at dinnertime and/or no water pressure. Everything is self-service; there are no baristas in any of the bars, only a self-service automatic coffee machine in the lobby. At the buffet, there's no table service for drinks. The food was excellent.

Petit resort, tout est proche. Très vieux, les chambres sont dues pour des rénos. Tout est rouillé; le mini frigo dans la chambre, la robinetterie de douche et vanité. L'air climatisé de la chambre ne fournit pas. Même dans le gym il n'y a pas l'air climatisé. Souvent pas d'eau chaude dans la douche sur l'heure du souper et/ou pas de pression. Tout est libre service, pas de barista dans aucun bar, seulement une machine à café automatique libre-service dans le lobby. Au buffet, aucun service aux tables pour les breuvages. La nourriture était excellente.

Overall, a lovely stay with a beautiful room facing the sea with a magnificent view.

I had a very bad experience at the snack bar. The cook, Victor, was very unpleasant to me and scolded me three times. I felt humiliated, and a customer clearly told me to file a complaint against him. I went to the reception desk to file a complaint, but I wasn't given a very sympathetic hearing. I was given a form to fill out. I haven't received any follow-up regarding this unpleasant incident. The staff are not at all friendly, and almost all of them seem unintelligent. I ended up with food poisoning.

J'ai eu une intoxication alimentaire.

The lobby was ordinary, the site was nice, practical, and clean. The beach currently has a lot of sargassum seaweed; in two weeks we only swam in the sea three times, but the pools were great. The staff, with a tip (oops!), were smiling again. The buffet was really good; we even got our own coffee, beer, and wine. Our room, number 5003, was near the sea, and our view included part of the second pool. We were happy with the room; it was very clean, but it lacked a large mirror. It was a relaxing stay. It's not a place to party.

Le lobby ordinaire, beau site pratique et propre, la plage en ce moment il y a beaucoup de sargasses en deux semaines nous avons baignés seulement trois fois à la mer mais par contre les piscines étaient super. Le personnel avec un pourboire oups! il retrouve le sourire. Le buffet vraiment bon c'est nous qui allait chercher notre café, bière et vin. La chambre nous étions au 5003 près de la mer et notre vue une partie de la deuxième piscine contente de la chambre et très propre manque un grand miroir. Ce fût un séjour reposant. c'est pas un endroit pour faire le fête.

The natural setting, the swimming pools, the buffet, the chambermaids, the young entertainment staff, and the omelet chef make you forget the general attitude of the staff in the lobby. Communication is difficult and unpleasant.
