The à la carte restaurants are very good: Cuban, Italian, Portuguese, and Mediterranean, which I enjoyed in that order. The staff is amazing, always smiling. The pizza is delicious for dinner; it takes a while to make, but it's worth it. Long walks along the beach. And the entertainment team is great. My only disappointment was the lack of hot water. I would definitely go back. I loved my trip. And the coffees and drinks at the bar were great too.

We were both lucky and worried to be able to enjoy our vacation in Cuba. Three days after our arrival, we received notification that all flights carrying new visitors to Cuba were suspended, which caused some concern and also sadness for the people trying so hard to cope. The staff have incredible strength! Despite everything, they kept smiling and served us with exemplary professionalism. Yes, some things were missing, but we were informed of this before our departure. The resort is truly beautiful and clean, with a magnificent beach where you can walk a good distance. The entertainment is excellent for all age groups. The food is typical of Cuba in an extreme situation, so they are doing a great job. The pizza at the beach restaurant is a great option for dinner. Finally, a big thank you to this team, and I hope the situation improves and becomes better than what they have experienced.

Nous avons reçu l'avis au 3 jours de notre arrivée que tout les vols entrant de nouveaux visiteurs à pour Cuba était interrompu, ce qui a suscité une légère inquiétudes et à la fois une tristesse pour ce peuple qui tente de s'en sortir tant bien que mal.
Le personnel ont une force incroyable! Malgré tout ils gardent le sourire et nous servent avec une professionnalisme exemplaire.
Oui il y a eu quelque manque de certaines choses, mais nous en étions avisé avant notre départ.
Le site est vraiment beau et propre, il y a une magnifique plage où on peut marcher une bonne distance. L'animaton est très bien pour tout les groupes d'âge. La nourriture c' est Cuba dans une situation extrême, alors ils se débrouillent très bien dans la situation. Le pizza au resto de la plage est un excellent dépanneur pour les dîner.
Pour finir un grand merci à cette équipe et je leur souhaite que la situation s'améliore et devienne mieux que ce qu'ils ont connu.

I highly recommend this place. Despite Cuba's closure in the coming days, the staff lived up to their reputation. A friendly, approachable staff who always worked with a smile.
