The Vila Galé Hotel in Estoril is a very beautiful destination. Everything is comfortable and you feel a bit at home. It was a real success for me to have chosen this place to stay during my 15-day stay. Positive: First and foremost, it is the staff that is in the spotlight. Everyone is charming, from the people who welcome us and give us good information to the chambermaids who are always kind and smiling. The staff with whom I had the most contact was the one in the restaurant: all charming, helpful, smiling people; with a concern to see that everything is perfect for the customers, with little extra services to satisfy the customer, such as the offer and preparation of a good cappuccino by Manuel. We feel very cared for. In addition, several waiters make the effort to speak French; this was really appreciated. I really enjoyed meeting these charming people. They are a very welcoming people. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome. Negative: The only small negative point: there should be a grab bar near the bathtub in the room as well as ventilation in the bathroom.

L'hôtel Vila Galé à Estoril est une très belle destination. Tout est confortable et on s'y sent un peu chez soi. Ce fut une vraie réussite pour moi d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour y demeurer pendant mon séjour de 15 jours. Positif : En tout premier lieu, c'est le personnel qui est à l'honneur. Tout le monde est charmant, allant des personnes qui nous accueillent et nous renseignent bien aux femmes de chambre toujours gentilles et souriantes. Le personnel avec qui j'ai eu le plus de contacts était celui du restaurant: tous des gens charmants, serviables, souriants; avec un souci de voir à ce que tout soit parfait pour les clients, avec des petits services supplémentaires pour combler le client, tel que l'offre et la préparation d'un bon cappucino de la part de Manuel. On se sent aux petits soins. En plus, plusieurs serveurs font l'effort de parler en français; ce fut vraiment très apprécié. J'ai beaucoup aimé cotôyer ces charmantes personnes. C'est un peuple très accueillant . Merci à eux tous de m'avoir si bien reçue. Négatif : Le seul petit point négatif: il devrait y avoir dans la chambre une barre de soutien près du bain ainsi que de la ventilation dans la salle de bain.
