Very nice site and wish to own! We went in March 2012. First surprise: More junior suite, so they gave us a suite with all the amenities of an apartment! (Living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, a whirlpool, a huge balcony with a hammock and table with 4 chairs!) Facilities were all perfect provided as built shortly before our arrival. Moreover, they were busy building an extension to the site (to double the size, I think). The pools are located in different places to suit all, depending on whether you prefer the movie or not. The restaurants are varied and offers excellent cuisine. Too bad the sushi restaurant was not open yet because they did not cook for preparations. By cons, they provided excellent sushi at the Mexican restaurant. The beach is well maintained and offers sun loungers sufficient! No need to move the snack bar because, in addition to the drink service at the pool, you can order at the pool! I can not tell you about the evening entertainment because we did not participate, but be aware that the hotel is far from downtown Cancun. In fact, you will be located on Playa Mujeres (opposite isla Mujeres) Anyway, wish a quiet site with excellent service and great facilities. Positive: Beautiful, clean, warm and friendly staff, good choice of menus in restaurants. Negative: Not much to say, except that if you want the "Night Life" from downtown Cancun then they will have to take a taxi or bus.

Très beau site et propre à souhait ! Nous y sommes allés Mars 2012. Première surprise: Plus de suite junior, alors ils nous ont donné une suite avec toutes les commodités d'un appartement ! ( Salon, salle à manger, cuisine complète, salle de lavage, une chambre fermée, 2 salles de bain, avec douche, un bain tourbillon, un immense balcon avec hamac et table avec 4 chaises !!! ) Les installations étaient toutes en parfaite condition car construites peu avant notre arrivée. D'ailleurs, ils s'affairaient à construire un agrandissement au site ( pour doubler la superficie, je crois ). Les piscines sont disposées à différents endroits pour plaire à tous, dépendant si vous préférez l'animation ou non. Les restaurants sont variés et offre une excellente cuisine. Dommage que le restaurant de sushi n'était pas encore ouvert car ils n'avaient pas de cuisinier pour les préparations. Par contre, ils offraient d'excellents sushis au restaurant mexicain. La plage est bien entretenue et offre des chaises longues en quantité suffisante ! Nul besoin de vous déplacer au snack bar car, en plus de faire le service de boisson à la piscine, vous pouvez commander à la piscine ! Je ne peux vous parler de l'animation en soirée car nous n'avons pas participé, mais sachez que l'hôtel est loin du centre-ville de Cancun. En fait, vous serez situé sur la Playa Mujeres ( face à l'isla Mujeres ) Bref, un site tranquille à souhait avec un excellent service et de belles installations. Positif : Beau, propre, personnel chaleureux et agréable, de bons choix de menus dans les restaurants. Négatif : Pas grand chose à dire, mis à part que si vous désirez le " Night Life " du centre-ville de Cancun alors, ils vous faudra prendre un taxi ou l'autobus.

Absolutely fabulous. Positive: Incredible pools, hot tubs, really nice people, great food, room ultra clean, ultra modern hotel. We even bring our food directly on our beach beds! Negative: Required to sign the bills every time you order a drink or eat. But it is not so bad.

Absolument fabuleux. Positif : Piscines incroyables, hot tubs, gens vraiment sympathiques, nourriture excellente, chambre ultra propre, hôtel ultra moderne. On nous apporte même nos repas directement sur nos lits de plage ! Négatif : Devoir signer les factures à chaque fois qu'on mange ou commande un drink. Mais ce n'est pas si grave.
