A real nightmare at this hotel! the place seemed good from the outside but a different story once entered! Positive: Beautiful beach Negative: Never rent at this place, the room is infected and unhealthy! Very messy, full of ants and critters of all kinds in the room, toilet flush of non-functional toilet, rusty fridge and full of mold, and so on! We changed rooms as soon as a room was released the next day at Hotel Aguazul, which was more adequate. No animation but hey, it was ok for the price paid.

More... Less...l'endroit semblait bien de l'extérieur mais une toute autre histoire une fois entrés!!! Positif : Belle plage Négatif : Ne louez jamais à cet endroit, la chambre est infecte et insalubre! Très malpropre, plein de fourmis et bestioles de toute sorte dans la chambre, chasse-d'eau de la toilette non fonctionnelle, frigo rouillé et plein de moisissure, et j'en passe!
Nous avons changé de chambre dès qu'une chambre s'est libérée le lendemain à l'hôtel Aguazul, ce qui était plus convenable. Pas d'animation mais bon, c'était ok pour le prix payé.

The food should not be hard udder can find few things worse you have a head start if you love cabbage. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Bar near the beach.
