After our 3rd time there will be a 4-5-6😉we love this hotel well located for us🤔 and what can I say about the staff "as good as in the big hotels 🤔 the food overall was ok with a good Cook who does his best otherwise we would go out to restaurants ...☀️

disappointed to see the dining room still closed; no workers on site to advance the renovation; there were a lot of ingredients missing to make drinks; there were even plastic cups missing at the pool bar, there was a lack of milk to make cappuccino and latte at the lobby bar. There wasn't much choice at the buffet. Twice no water; the electricity went out at 11:00 a.m. the last day, across the city and it hadn't come back on when we left at 1:00 p.m. The staff are as kind and friendly as always, they do their best with what they have.
décue de voir la salle à manger encore fermée; aucun travailleur sur place pour avancer la rénovation; il manquait bcp d'ingrédients pour faire des drinks; il manquait même des verres en plastique au bar de la piscine, il manquait du lait pour faire des cappucinno et café au lait au bar du lobby. Il n'y avait pas bcp de choix au buffet. 2 fois pas d'eau; il a manqué d'électricité à 11h00 la dernière journée, à travers la ville et ce n'était pas revenu à notre départ à 13h00. Le personnel sont aussi gentille et aimable que toujours, ils font leur possible avec ce qu'ils ont.

Hello, we did not like our trip. The dining room is closed, buffet in an à la carte restaurant with 3 choices. All the toilets on the site are closed, milk is available for the week, only drinks are offered, rum, coke and beer.

Overall it was good. Very friendly and smiling staff. Continuous music and entertainment on the beach. Nice atmosphere. The shows were great, but only 30 minutes. Unfortunately the buffet is being renovated and not ready to be finished! No restaurant is open because they are using this place to have a mini buffet. Very few beach towels are available so bring your own.
En général c'était bien. Personnel très sympathique et souriant. Musique en continu et animation sur la plage. Belle ambiance. Les spectacles étaient super, parcontre seulement 30 min.

Très peu de serviette de plage de disponible alors apportez les vôtres.
