We loved our experience at Villas Sol Beach Resort. The food was different every day and of very good quality. We were pleasantly surprised since we had read the reviews from previous travelers. A few side dishes (potatoes, sautéed vegetables, etc.) came back each night, but the main dishes were varied. We loved the omelets made to order, according to our taste. We rented a car and visited the area. So we can say that the hotel's beach is the most beautiful in the area. The water was super warm. The staff is super nice and very helpful. Costa Ricans are very welcoming. As for activities at the resort, there is a weekly schedule with ping-pong, bingo, yoga, etc., but we didn't really participate in these since we were going to do activities outside the resort. The resort is on a hillside, but there is a shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes. In short, we will definitely return.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Villas sol beach resort.
La nourriture était différente chaque jour et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons été agréablement surpris puisque nous avions lu les commentaires des voyageurs précédents. Quelques accompagnements (patates, légumes sautés etc.) revenaient chaque soir, mais les plats principaux étaient variés. On adorait les omelettes fait sur demande, selon notre goût.

Nous avons loué une voiture et visité la région. Nous pouvons donc dire que la plage de l’hôtel est la plus belle de la région. L’eau était super chaude.

Le personnel est super gentil et très serviable. Les Costa Ricains sont très accueillants.

Quant aux activités sur le resort, il y un horaire hebdomadaire avec du ping-pong, bingo, yoga etc., mais nous n’avons pas vraiment participé à ces dernières puisque nous allions faire des activités à l’extérieur du resort.

Le resort est dans un flanc de colline, mais il y a un service de navette qui passe aux 15 minutes.

Bref, nous allons y retourner c’est certain.

The only good thing is that we paid for a room and we got a villa... otherwise just 1 buffet, very redundant, no à la carte restaurant in the evening... no entertainment... and fraudulent sellers on the site... we're definitely not going back...

Lack of chairs on the beach. Buffet always the same. Despite everything, a very nice stay. No Air Canada service on site. The temperature and beauty of Costa Rica make up for it.
