Beautiful, large beach where you can walk on both sides. The shows are good. The cocktails are rather average and the service at the bar is slow. The room is nice and clean, however, there's no beer in the fridge and only one bag of coffee for the whole week. Luckily, there's the friendly Café Miches which serves delicious coffee.

Belle grande plage où l'on peut marcher des deux côtés. Les spectacles sont de qualité. Les cocktails sont plutôt moyens et le service est long au bar. La chambre est belle et propre, par fontre pas de bière dans le frigo et un seul sachet de café pour la semaine. Heureusement il y a le sympathique café Miches où on sert des cafés délicieux.

...There wasn't all this Viva Club nonsense. I came to the conclusion that my stay would have been absolutely perfect were it not for the constant harassment from the salespeople and the incessant reminders that you can't do this or that because you're not a club member. It adds no value whatsoever: they're simply selling you a solution to a problem they themselves created. Aside from that, the room was very clean and the air conditioning was excellent. The beach was free of seaweed and there was, overall, enough shade for everyone. The bars serve very good cocktails. The quality of the food varies greatly depending on the restaurant and the time of day, but there are some excellent dishes to discover if you take the time to look. As for activities, the offering is well-balanced: there's enough to be entertaining without being overwhelming. The staff was always polite, even friendly. The internet works, but as with the food, it depends on the time of day: the connection can be unreliable. That said, there are times when I consider it very good, even though I wouldn't rely on it for remote work. Ultimately, we had an excellent family stay and I recommend this place, but treat the vendors on site as you would at a carnival fair in Beauce, that is to say, with total disinterest, otherwise...

... Il n'y avait pas toutes ces histoires de Viva Club. J'en suis venu à la conclusion que mon séjour aurait été littéralement parfait sans le harcèlement constant des vendeurs et les rappels incessants qu'on ne peut pas faire ceci ou cela parce qu'on n'est pas membre du club. Ça n'apporte aucune valeur ajoutée : ils te vendent simplement une solution à un problème qu'ils ont eux-mêmes créé.

Mis à part ça, la chambre était très propre et la climatisation était excellente. La plage était exempte d'algues et il y avait, dans l'ensemble, suffisamment d'ombre pour tout le monde. Les bars servent de très bons cocktails. La qualité de la nourriture varie beaucoup selon le restaurant et le moment de la journée, mais il y a d'excellents plats à découvrir si on prend le temps de chercher. Côté activités, l'offre est bien dosée : il y en a suffisamment pour être divertissant, sans être envahissant. Le personnel a toujours été poli, voire chaleureux. Internet fonctionne, mais comme pour la nourriture, ça dépend de l'heure de la journée : la connexion peut être inégale. Cela dit, il y a des moments où je la considère comme très bonne, même si je ne m'y fierais pas pour faire du télétravail.

Au final, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et je recommande cet endroit mais traitez les vendeurs sur le site comme vous le feriez dans une foire de Beauce carnaval c'est à dire avec un désintérêt total sinon...

We enjoyed our stay at the Viva Miches. The beach is beautiful, the hotel is clean, and the buffet food is good. The main area for improvement is the buffet itself. It gets very crowded at mealtimes, and the staff struggles to keep up. Tables aren't cleaned quickly enough, often forcing guests to wait before being seated. There are also frequent shortages of utensils and glasses. I was also surprised to see so few people leaving tips. Despite this, the servers remain courteous and provide good service, although, given the high volume of guests, they can't always be as attentive as one might hope.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Viva Miches. La plage est magnifique, l’hôtel est propre et la nourriture au buffet est bonne.

Le principal point à améliorer concerne le buffet. Il y a beaucoup de monde aux heures de repas et les employés ont de la difficulté à suivre le rythme. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyées assez rapidement, ce qui oblige souvent les clients à attendre avant de pouvoir s’asseoir. Il manque également régulièrement des ustensiles et des verres.

J’ai aussi trouvé étonnant de voir si peu de personnes laisser un pourboire. Malgré cela, les serveurs demeurent courtois et offrent un bon service, même si, compte tenu de l’achalandage, celui-ci ne peut pas toujours être aussi attentif qu’on pourrait le souhaiter.

A very long, deserted, clean beach, with no other hotels nearby or solicitations. Ideal for beach lovers.

Très longue plage déserte, propre, sans autres hôtels à proximité ou sollicitation. Idéal pour les amateurs de marche à la plage.
