A very nice, recently built hotel. Water refills and bottled water are available on every floor and throughout the property. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. The à la carte restaurants are excellent. Online booking is easy. All the bars are open and offer a good selection of drinks. The beach is beautiful and there was no seaweed during our two-week holiday in May. You can walk along the beach on both sides for over an hour each. We were lucky enough to see whales in the distance. Very beautiful. In short, a very nice hotel with good staff. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Très bel hôtel récent. Commodités eau recharge de bouteilles à chaque étage et partout sur le site. Buffet beaucoup de variétés au menu. Les restaurants à la carte sont super bons. Faciliter de réservation en ligne. Les bars sont tous ouvert et belle variété de boissons. La plage est belle et aucune algue pendant nos 2 semaines de vacances en mai. On peut se ballader sur la plage des 2 côtés pendant plus d'une heure chaque. On as eu la chance de voir des baleines au loin. Très beau. Bref, très belle hôtel et bon personnel. Je recommande ce bel hôtel.

A beautiful hotel in a natural setting, but two important points for improvement: the staff's smiles and empathy in general, and the music by the sea, which is far too loud.

One small drawback: I don't know if there's a jellyfish season, but they're far too numerous and need to be monitored.

The staff lacked smiles, especially at the bars (near the beach and on the beach) and the cafe. There was a lack of shade, the sea was murky, and there was very little entertainment or no explanations in French, but everything else was great. Thank you ☺️

Personnel manque de sourire surtout aux bars ( près de la plage et à la plage ) et café. Manque d’ombre, mer brouillée, animation très peu ou absence d’expliquer en français mais tous le reste était super. Merci ☺️

The trip was okay, but be aware that the sea was murky and there were a lot of jellyfish (more than at other places we've been in the Caribbean). My partner was stung twice. The food was tasty but lukewarm; the only slightly warmer food was in the à la carte restaurants. All three à la carte restaurants were good. The beach was lovely for long walks. It's worth noting that air conditioning is only available in the rooms, not in the restaurants, the buffet, or even the gym. Some staff members were friendly, but it wasn't the norm. We wouldn't go back, even though it wasn't a disaster; it wasn't a big "wow" experience!

Voyage correct, il faut savoir que la mer est brouillée et qu’il y a beaucoup de méduses (plus que les autres endroits que nous avons fait dans les Caraïbes) mon conjoint a été piqué a 2 reprises. Nourriture goûteuse mais tiède , la seule nourriture un peu plus chaude est dans les restos à la carte. Les trois restos à la carte ont été bons. Belle plage pour marcher longtemps. Il faut savoir qu’il y a de l’air climatisé uniquement dans les chambres donc pas dans les restos, ni au buffet et ni même au gym. Quelques membres du personnel sont souriants mais ce n'est pas la norme. Nous n’y retournerons pas même si ça n’a pas été catastrophique, nous n’avons pas eu de gros wow !
