A very nice stay
Très beau séjour

I gave the bars a 6 not for the quality of the drinks or service, but I think a bar on or near the beach would be a huge plus! Otherwise, it's a very beautiful place, lots of vegetation, coatis and agoutis, we ate very well, it's clean, and the staff is super friendly!

A beautiful resort, everything is within easy reach (buffet, à la carte restaurants, pool, and beach). The staff is very friendly. Very little to no sargassum seaweed. A 20-minute walk to 5th Avenue in Playa Del Carmen. We will definitely return.

Très beau resort, tout est à porter de mains (buffet, restos à la carte, piscine et plage). Le personnel est très sympathique. Très peu ou pas de sargasse. 20 minutes de marche jusqu'à la 5e Avenue à Playa Del Carmen. C'est certain que nous y retournerons.

A beautiful week
Une belle semaine

We enjoyed our week at this hotel. It's a small, quiet resort. There were activities at the pool that we didn't participate in. A very beautiful beach, lovely sand, no need for water shoes. Big waves at the beginning of the week (red flag), yellow flag for the rest of the week. Little to no sargassum seaweed (early October 2026). Plenty of chairs on the beach for our time of year. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed the à la carte restaurants; they were delicious. In order, Bamboo, the Italian, and the Mexican. Only the Italian and Bamboo restaurants are air-conditioned. The Mexican and the buffet restaurants are not. There's limited space in the lobby, but there's a room with a pool table and games. A ping-pong table is available outside at the bar, but it's not ideally located for playing. There's the air-conditioned Jaguar Café; it's small, but serves delicious drinks and treats. If you want to see coatis, we only saw them in the evening. Beautiful place and good food.

Une très belle plage, beau sable, pas besoin de soulier d'eau. Beaucoup de vague en début de semaine drapeau rouge le reste de la semaine drapeau jaune. Peu ou pas de sargasse ( début octobre 2026). Asse de chaise à la plage pour notre moment de l'année. Le personnel est gentil. Nous avons apprécié les restaurants à la carte, délicieux. Dans l'ordre, le Bamboo, l'italien et le Mexicain. Seul l'italien et le Bamboo sont climatisé. Le Mexicain et le buffets ne sont pas climatisé. Il y a peu de place au Lobby, il y a une salle avec table de pool et jeux. Table de ping pong disponible dehors au bar, mais moins bine situé pour y jouer adéquatement. Il y a le café Jaguar climatisé, il y peu de place, mais de délicieux breuvages et gourmandises. Si vous voulez voir des coaties nous en avons vu que le soir. Belle endroit et bien mangé.
