Magnificent location, unforgettable vacation!
Magnifique emplacement, vacances inoubliables!

We loved the atmosphere of this resort; it's lively if you want it, or quiet if you prefer—you choose the beach area that suits you best. The staff is dedicated, and the Viva excursions are varied and affordable. Everything is well-organized. The clientele is mostly European and South American, which makes it more of a change of scenery for us Quebecers! The resort is very clean. The only minor point for improvement is the buffet, which is somewhat limited in variety. Breakfast, however, is quite good. The food at the à la carte restaurants is good, but nothing special. The complimentary house wine was nice. We'll definitely be back!

Nous avons adoré l’atmosphère de ce resort, animé si on le souhaite, ou tranquille, vous choisissez le coin de plage qui vous convient le mieux. Le personnel est dévoué, l’offre de sorties Viva est variée et abordable. Tout est bien organisé. La clientèle est en majorité européenne et sud-américaine, c’est plus dépaysant pour nous les québécois! Site très propre. Seul petit point à améliorer, le buffet qui est peu varié. Le matin par contre, c’est bien correct. La nourriture des restos à la carte est bonne, mais sans plus. Le vin maison offert était bon. Nous y retournons, c’est certain!

We spent 5 days at this hotel. The beach was magnificent. We chose the bungalow, which I highly recommend, especially the one near the garden. I think everything was fine, except the staff weren't very friendly or smiling. Plus, there's a great spot for snorkeling.

On a passé 5 jour dans cet hotel , la plage etait magnifique , on a choisi le bangalow je le recommande surtout pres de jardin , je pense tout etait bien , juste les personnels qui ont ete pas sympa , sont pas souriant ect , on plus ya un bon spot pour faire plongé en tube

Beautiful beach and cleanliness of the site

We had a bungalow with a sea view. The room wasn't soundproofed at all, the buffets were very average, and this hotel is geared towards families (lots and lots of children on the premises and no area for adults over 18). However, the grounds are very beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean.

Nous avions un bunalow vue sur mer. La chambre n'est pas insonorisée du tout, les buffets sont très moyens et cet hôtel est orienté famille (beaucoup beaucoup d'enfants sur le site et aucun endroit 18 ans). Cependant le site est très beau, bien entretenu et très propre.
