The room was renovated, but the mattresses were really worn and the air conditioning was very noisy. Otherwise, the beach is magnificent. The staff: some were very friendly, others seemed unwelcome. The food is good, and access to the beach area and restaurants is very convenient; it's a very large resort. If I overlook the beds and the air conditioning, I had a wonderful week, with wall-to-wall sunshine. I would go back. Thank you.

Chambre rénovée, mais les matelas des lits étaient vraiment usés et l’air climatisé très bruyante. Sinon, la plage est magnifique. Le personnel : certains très souriants, d’autres donnent l’impression de ne pas vouloir être là. La nourriture est bonne et l’accès au site du Beach ainsi qu’aux restaurants est très pratique, c’est un très grand complexe.

Si j’oublie les lits et l’a/c, j’ai passé une très belle semaine, soleil mur à mur. J’y retournerais. Merci.

The buffet is very ordinary. The à la carte restaurants are lovely, and the beach is perfect. The staff doesn't really speak English; you generally have to get by in Spanish, though a few speak French. There's a lot of walking, but the view is absolutely breathtaking. The pools don't have swim-up bars.

Le buffet est très ordinaire. Les restaurants à la carte sont beaux, la plage est parfaite. Le personnel ne parle pas vraiment anglais,vous devez généralement vous débrouiller en espagnol, quelques uns parlent français. Beaucoup de marche, mais la vue est tellement wow. Les piscines n' ont pas de bars dans l' eau.

The hotel needs a lot of renovations and maintenance. Positives: The beach is a postcard with the palm trees. The gardeners The entertainers The maids Negatives: The reception on arrival Buffet a little better than in Cuba. The staff, not all helpful and there is a lack of etiquette. On the beach you really need to have peace, you are harassed for massages, excursions... The hotel's real classification is 3* and far from being a palace and I see it more as a retreat center for Italians, Germans and French.

Buffet un tout petit peu mieux qu à Cuba.
Le personnel, pas tous serviables et il y a un manque de savoir vivre.
Sur la plage on a vraiment besoin d avoir la paix, on est harcelé pour le massage, excursions…
L hôtel sa classification réelle c est 3* et loin d être un palace et je le vois plus comme un centre de retraite pour les italiens, allemands et français.
