Vacation !
Vacances !
The people are really nice, the beach is beautiful, there are plenty of chairs, no need to reserve them. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. The buffet has a good selection and the food is tasty, but not very hot! There are several activities on site. It lived up to our expectations, considering the price we paid; it was a wonderful holiday! I'll definitely go back, it's only a 3-hour flight away!
Les gens sont vraiment gentils , très belle plage, il y a beaucoup de chaises, pas besoin d'aller les réserver. Les chambres un peu vieilles, mais très propres. Le buffet a quand même plusieurs choix et c'est bon, mais pas très chaud ! Plusieurs activités sur le site. Ce fut à la hauteur de nos attentes, vu le prix payé, ce furent de très belles vacances ! J'y retournerai seulement 3h + / - de vol !

Lack of service from the staff

Self-service buffet from A to Z, no welcome from the staff. Room relatively clean. Only one large pool. Exceptionally beautiful beach. Limited choice of drinks at the bar.

I had a lovely week at the Viva. I knew what to expect, so I wasn't disappointed. The hotel is quite dated, and the buffet is decent. I had a sea view room, which was well located. I appreciated the fact that the hotel is 15 minutes from the airport, and the flight is 3 hours. The beach is really beautiful, and there are plenty of chairs available. When the sea is calm, you can see the rocks and coral, as well as many fish. It's also possible to walk for quite a while (Banana Bay is 40 minutes to the left, and the Sand Bar/Pig Beach is 10 minutes to the right). The staff is friendly, and we received good service, but at the buffet, you have to serve yourself your drinks (water, coffee, liquor, juice, wine, and beer). There's entertainment at the pool and shows in the evening, like everywhere else. I enjoyed my week, but I don't think I'll return to this hotel (unless I find a really great deal).

L hôtel est très vieillot et le buffet est correct .
J avais la chambre vue sur mer et c était bien situé.
J ai apprécié le fait que l hôtel est à 15 minutes de l aéroport et le vol est de 3h.
La plage est vraiment belle et beaucoup de chaises disponibles. Lorsque la mer est calme, on voit les roches et coraux ainsi que plusieurs poissons.
Il est possible de marcher longtemps aussi (Banana Bay à 40 minutes vers la gauche et le Sand Bar /plage des cochons à 10 minutes vers la droite).
Le staff est gentil et nous avons eu du bon service mais au buffet, il faut se servir nos boissons (eau, café, liqueur,jus,vin et bière ) nous même.
Il y a de l animation à la piscine ainsi que des spectacles le soir comme partout ailleurs.
J ai aimé ma semaine mais je pense pas retourner à cet hôtel (à moins d avoir un super prix)
