I understand Ms. Raphaelle Vachon's typing error when she misspelled my daughter's name, but instead of apologizing and taking responsibility professionally, knowing that I have strong evidence to support my claim—my first email containing all the names of the entire group (9 people), which I carefully checked one by one before sending it to her—she asked me to pay $100 to correct her oversight when entering the names. And to top it all off, her supervisor, Ms. Alexandra Désaulniers, defended this charade by demanding that I comply with the obligation to pay the $100. (I have all the emails that prove this horror show against a loyal customer who managed to convince an entire group of 9 people to book their trip with Voyage à Rabais.) Fortunately, WestJet was able to rectify the situation, to some extent, by offering me and my family (not the entire group) a business class ticket, knowing that I hadn't requested anything from the airport. I considered this an implicit apology, proving that I had been wronged. I presume that Ms. Rafaelle Vachon will continue to sabotage the image of Voyages à rabais as long as her supervisor continues to protect her. In the end, I and my group decided to use another competitor for our next trips or deal directly with the source suppliers (Sunwing or Air Transact...). I am appealing to your professional conscience to pass my message on to a manager capable of protecting the image of this company and saving the jobs that will be cut following a potential decline. Thank you for your concern for preserving the brand image of this company.

Je comprends l'erreur de frappe de Mme RAPHAELLE VACHON lorsqu elle a fait une erreur dans le nom de ma fille , mais au lieu de s'excuser et assumer son erreur professionnelement , sachant que j ai une forte preuve a l'appui , mon 1er envoi contenenant tout les noms et prenoms de tout le groupe (9 personnes) ou j ai pris le soin de verifier un par un avant de lui envoyer , elle m a demande de payer 100$ pour corriger son inattention lors de la saisie des noms.Et le comble de l'histoire, son superviseur Mme Alexandra Désaulniers a deffendu cette mascarade en m'exigeant a me plier devant l'obligation de payer les 100$ .(j ai tout les emails qui preuve ce film d'horreur contre un client fidel qui a pu convaincre tout un groupe de 9 personnes a faire leur voyage avec VOYAGE A RABAIS .). Heuresement , WESTJET a pu rectifier le tir ,relativement , en m'offrant avec ma famille et pas tout le groupe , un allez au busness classe .sachant que j'ai rien demande a l'aereport . et je l ai consideré comme une excuse implicite qui preuve que j etait lésé .je presume que Mme RAFAELLE VACHON, va continuer a saboter l'image de Voyages a rabais tant que son superviseur continue a la proteger .Au final , j ai decidé et aussi mon groupe de passer par un autre concurent pour nos prochains voyages ou bien dealer directement avec les fournisseurs-source (sunwing ou air transact....). je m'adresse a ta consience professionnlle pour faire passer mon message a un responsable capable de proteger l'image de cette compagnie et sauver les emplois qui vont etre coupé suite a un declin eventuel . Merci pour votre souci pour soigner l image de marque de cette compagnie.

Thank you to all the staff for a pleasant stay. The beach was beautiful and large, it's a shame there was so much sargassum seaweed. I recommend the Viva Maya to all families.

Merci pour l'agréable séjour à tout le personnel, très belle et grande plage dommage qu'il y ait eu autant de sargasses. Je conseille le Viva Maya à tous les voyageurs en famille.

A very successful stay at the Viva Maya by Wyndham! The staff is welcoming, the entertainment is fantastic, and the food is excellent. The only downside was the presence of sargassum seaweed on the beach.

Un séjour très réussi au Viva Maya by Wyndham ! Le personnel est chaleureux, l'animation est au top et l'offre de restauration est excellente. Le seul point négatif reste la présence de sargasses sur la plage.

The pools are not pleasant, too hot and not very large.
