The food was good, the place was very clean, the rooms were a bit small but well-maintained and clean. The activities were good. There were lots of children. The beach was very beautiful, however, there was far, far too much seaweed.

Lovely little resort, everything is close by. We appreciated the lush vegetation and the covered walkways that allowed us to go everywhere during the rainy periods. The buffet is good, there's something for everyone. The only thing missing is air conditioning. We tried the à la carte restaurants: Portofino (loved it!!), the Hacienda (it was good) and the Cosmopolita (very good!). The rooms are decent and clean; there was just a slight unpleasant smell when we first entered, but we got used to it after a minute or two. We enjoyed the beach with its many chairs and palm trees. We were there during the low season, so there was no stress about reserving a chair, there were always some available. The staff was smiling and friendly, the wait at the bars wasn't too bad, but the resort wasn't at full capacity either. The cocktails were excellent! Overall, we loved this charming little resort!

Les chambres sont correctes et propres, il y avait seulement une petite odeur désagréable lorsqu’on entrait mais on s’habituait après 1-2 minutes.

Nous avons apprécié la plage et ses nombreuses chaises et palmiers. Nous étions en basse saison alors aucun stress pour aller réserver une chaise, il y en avait toujours de libres.

Le personnel était souriant et sympathique, l’attente aux bars n’était pas si pire mais le resort n’était pas à pleine capacité non plus. Les cocktails étaient excellents!

En gros, nous avons adoré ce petit resort sympathique!

Wonderful week in a fantastic hotel

We had a wonderful week. Everything was fantastic. We tried one à la carte restaurant and were very disappointed, so we decided to go to the buffet, which we enjoyed every evening. The resort was impeccably clean. I would definitely go back and I recommend this place to everyone. However, there was a lot of sargassum seaweed, but I'm not someone who likes going in the sea to begin with.

Très belle semaine. Tout etait formidable. Nous avons essayé 1 restaurant à la carte et très déçu , après ça nous avons pris la décision d’aller au buffet qui nous satisfaisait tous les soirs. Le complexe était d’u e propreté impeccable. J’y retournerais sans problème et je recommande cet endroit à tout le monde. Par contre présence d’énormément de sargasses mais je ne suis pas quelqu’un qui aime aller dans la mer au départ.
