The pool was under repair and the housekeeping was lacking at times, but everything else was perfect.

I went there with my 4-year-old daughter. The first room they gave me was 2305, and it wasn't good at all. The room was old-fashioned, it smelled like sewage outside, and the bed was very low and uncomfortable. They left a note for me to go to the lobby, and they told me they were going to change my room for renovations. I was moved to 2706, and WOW! It was a completely different experience. The room was large and clean, and the bed was much better. There was also plenty of hot water.
J’y suis allée avec ma fille de 4 ans. La première chambre qui m’ont donné était dans le 2305 et c’était pas bien du tout.. Chambre vieillot, dehors sa sentait les égouts .. le lit était très bas et pas confortable. Par la suite ils ont laissé une note d’aller au lobby et ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient me changer de chambre pour rénovation. J’ai été changé au 2706, WOW !!! C’est pas la même chose du tout, la chambre était grande propre .. le lit était beaucoup mieux . De l’eau chaude à volonté.

Very disappointing... Superior room, don't make me laugh.
Très décevant .. Chambre supérieur , faite moi pas rire .
The rooms are outdated; avoid block 30, it's the main block but very noisy until late at night. The sheets are clean but all stained... even the bedspread was torn. We changed rooms after the first night to block 40, which is much quieter, but we had a problem with the air conditioning for three days. We always had to call to restart it when returning from the beach or dinner, and there too, the sheets were often stained. The buffet is very ordinary with little choice, and the white wine is plonk, the worst I've ever tasted. As for the pool and the beach, the nice shaded spots are all reserved for Club Viva. There's always wind at the beach in the afternoon; we knew that, but we weren't expecting wind this strong. It's very unpleasant, except for kitesurfing. The staff are kind and helpful; they did try to assist us during our stay. The à la carte restaurants offer very limited choices, but the wine is better. In our opinion, this hotel is no more than a three-star.
Les chambres sont désuètes ,il faut éviter le bloc 30 c'est le bloc principale mais c'est très bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir, les draps sont propre mais tous tachés ...même le couvre lit était déchiré .Nous avons changé de chambre après la première nuit au bloc 40 c'est beaucoup plus calme mais nous avons eu un problème avec la CLIM 3 jours dans la chambre il fallait toujours appeler pour la redémarrer au retour de la plage ou du souper et la aussi les draps étaient souvent tachés, le buffet est très ordinaire peu de choix , le vin blanc c'est de la piquette comme j'en ai rarement bu .Pour ce qui est de la piscine et la plage les belles places a l'ombre sont tous réservé pour le club Viva .A la plage Il y a toujours de vent en PM nous le savions mais nous ne nous attendions pas a du vent de cette force en PM c'est très désagréable sauf pour le Kite . le personnels est gentil et serviable ils ont quand même essayer de nous aider durant le séjour . Les restaurant a la carte sont bien peu de choix par contre le vin y est meilleur . Pour nous cette hôtel n'est pas plus qu' un trois étoiles .

The hotel was very good except for the rather ordinary buffet food and the average restaurant food. During the weekend, it was much busier, and the buffet wasn't prepared at all for the increased number of guests.

We went as a family for 12 days. The positives: - Very small resort, so everything is close by (perfect for older people); - Located in town, making it easy to go out for walks and see the locals; - When we were there, the resort was quite quiet, not too crowded; - À la carte restaurant, the international menu is excellent. - Small café and dessert area open all day; - Decent food, even if repetitive; - Beautiful beach for long walks, beachfront restaurants to discover on the left (they should level the sand where our chairs were located, but they were starting to do it when we left); Negative points: - Rooms need refreshing, among other things, the bottom of the bedroom doors has a gap of at least 2 inches (at garden level), welcoming insects, reptiles, and other creatures, but hey, it's the south, so you get used to it; - If there are too many people at once, the resort will definitely be unbearable; there's a lack of shaded chairs both on the beach and by the pool; - On the beach, you'll be harassed to an unprecedented degree... 6 times in 1 hour for braids in your hair (and I'm not even exaggerating); - The same goes for inside the resort with their presentations for VIP membership and their excursions; - The cigarette and cigar smoke is everywhere, you smoke all week long, whether you want to or not, both outside on the grounds and in the bar—people smoke everywhere.... I'd say that's my biggest complaint... I couldn't watch the evening shows without having smoke blown in my face... In short, it's a good place for the price and for someone who prefers to have everything close by. I think this hotel for a week isn't worth more than $1300.

More... Less...Les points positifs :
- Resort très petit donc tout se trouve à proximité (parfait pour les personnes d'un certain âge);
- Resort se trouvant en ville donc facilité de sortie pour promenade et voir le peuple;
- Au moment où nous sommes allées Resort assez tranquille pas trop de monde;
- Restaurant à la carte, l'international est excellent.
- Petit coin cafés et desserts ouvert toute la journée;
- Nourritures appréciables même si redondant;
- Belle plage pour de grandes marches, restaurants au bord de plage à découvrir sur la gauche (devrait reniveler le sable où son situé nos chaises, mais il commençait à le faire à notre départ);
Points négatifs :
- Chambres doivent être rafraîchies, entre autre le bas de la porte des chambres a une ouverture d'au moins 2 pouces (au rée de jardin), bienvenue aux insectes, reptiles et autres, mais bon reste que c'est le sud alors on s'y fait tout de même;
- Si beaucoup de monde en même temps le resort sera invivable assurément, manque de chaises à l'ombre autant à la plage qu'à la piscine;
- À la plage vous serai harcelé à un niveau jamais vécu... 6x en 1h pour des tresses dans les cheveux (et je n'exagère même pas);
- Il en est de même à l'intérieur du Resort avec leur présentation pour être membre VIP ou leurs excursions;
- La fumée de cigarettes et cigares, tu fumes toute la semaine, et ce, sans le vouloir autant dehors sur le site qu'au bar les gens fument partout.... Je dirais que c'est mon point le plus négatif... pas capable de regarder des spectacles le soir sans se faire souffler aux visages...
En résumé, bon endroit rapport qualité/prix et pour une personne qui préfère avoir tout à proximité. Je crois que cet hôtel pour une semaine ne vaut pas plus que 1300 $.
