Beautiful, very clean place, but the sea is rough with big waves, so the water is murky. In short, it's not the calm, turquoise sea of Cayo Coco or Varadero.
Super belle place très propre mais la mer est agité avec de grosses vagues donc l'eau est brouillé.Conclusion ce n'est pas la mer calme et turquoise de Cayo Coco ou de Varadero.

Very nice hotel but the staff were pushy.
Très bel hôtel mais représentants harcelants
Beautiful location, superb beach, only downside: Viva representatives on site who are very pushy about getting you to participate in a promotional activity despite several refusals. There are three of them on site, swarming people like vultures. It's surprising for a resort of this quality; their multiple attempts and insistence disturbed our peace and quiet, we had to go out of our way to avoid them! It's a shame because the site, the facilities, the beach, and the staff are truly fantastic.
Bel emplacement, superbe plage, seul bémol: représentants de Viva sur le site qui sont très insistants pour te faire participer à une activité de promotion malgré plusieurs refus. Ils sont trois sur le site à fondre sur les personnes, des vautours. C’est étonnant pour un resort de cette qualité, ces multiples tentatives et insistances ont altéré notre quiétude, nous avons fait des détours pour les éviter!!! C’est dommage car le site, l’aménagement et la plage et le personnel sont vraiment supers.

Face a l’hôtel vague très forte, cependant à distance de marche sur la plage sur la gauche peu de vague et longue plage naturel sauvage sans hôtel et vers la droite marche sur la plage ont peut se rendre à playa bonita ,bord walk restaurant dominicain surf environ 40 min de marche plage très belle

A quiet, small hotel, perfect for relaxing. The fusion restaurant is very good. The buffet is small but sufficient. The beach is beautiful. The pool is small considering there's only one. The staff is friendly. There are no souvenir vendors on the beach. We had trouble getting internet access both on the property and in our room. The Club Viva vendors were really tiresome; they wouldn't leave us alone for three days. They came to see us on the beach at the buffet and waited for us near our room exit. The small private pool for Vibe rooms isn't worth it. It's very cold and offers no privacy from the neighbors.

Les vendeur du club viva sont vraiment fatiguant pendant 3 jours ils nous ont pas lâché.
Ils venaient nous voir sur la plage au buffet et nous attendaient pas loin de la sortie de notre chambre
La petite piscine privé pour les chambres vibe ne vaut pas la peine .
Elle est très froide et aucune intimité avec les voisins
