We had a room with two double beds for 2 adults + a 12-year-old and a 7-year-old. We upgraded to a VIP room for $40 USD/night. Since we were there for 10 days, it was worth it. King bed, double sofa bed + single bed with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. The pool runs the entire length of the hotel, so you can easily find a spot away from the music and entertainment area. The kids' clubs are really great, the staff are fantastic, some even spoke French. The buffet is good; we're not picky and we always found something to eat. The pizza is always delicious. The à la carte restaurants are okay. Our favorites were Agave (Mexican restaurant) and the salmon at the Japanese restaurant. The water slides are fun, but there's a lack of control over the tubes. People keep them on even while sunbathing or eating. There's no issue with the lounge chairs at the pool. Unfortunately, the beach would have been superb, but there was a ton of sargassum seaweed during our stay, so no beach for us. The staff are incredibly friendly. We absolutely loved it.

Nous avions une chambre avec deux lits doubles pour 2 adultes + 12 ans et 7 ans. Nous avons updgrader pour une chambre VIP pour 40$us/nuit. Comme nous étions là 10 jrs ça valait le coup. Lit king, divan lit double + lit simple avec Jacuzzi sur le balcon. La piscine fait tout le long de l'hôtel donc moyen d'être loin de la portion où il y a la musique et les animations. Kids clubs vraiment chouette, les filles sont super certaines parlaient français. Buffet bon, nous ne sommes pas difficile et ont trouvait tjrs de quoi. La pizza est tjrs délicieuse. Les restos à la carte sont ok. Le meilleur selon nous a été le Agave (resto mexicain) et le saumon du japonais. Les glissades sont chouettes mais manque de contrôle sur les tubes.Les gens les gardent même s'ils sont en train de se faire bronzer ou manger. Pas d'enjeux de chaises a la piscine. Malheureusement la plage aurait été superbe mais il y avait une tonne de sargasses lors de notre séjour alors pas de plage pour nous. Les employés sont supers gentils. Vraiment on a adorés.

Please put up signs in the hallways asking guests to KEEP SILENT, as some tourists (mainly Dominicans) are shouting, talking on their phones, and running in the hallways, even at midnight or 1:30 AM. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay from April 30th to May 7th at the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. It's the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in during our many trips to the south. The grounds are majestic and the vegetation is lush. The staff is cheerful and welcoming. Everything was perfect, or almost! ☺️ The only downside is that there's very little shade on the beach, but plenty of chairs. We ate so well at the buffet that we didn't go to the à la carte restaurants. As for the sea, despite the constant wind, there weren't any big waves and the water was beautiful. We had a lovely, large room on the upper floor with two beds, located facing the pool in Block 5. This block is near the lobby but far from the beach. The only drawback is the lack of a ceiling fan. Note that there's a fantastic water park accessible to both adults and children. ☺️ So, as you can see, my comments are 99% positive. So, I wish you a wonderful stay just like ours ☀️💖🍹

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour du 30 avril au 7 mai au Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. C’est le plus bel hôtel que nous avons fait parmi nos nombreux voyages dans le sud. Le site est majestueux et la végétation luxueuse. Le personnel est joyeux et chaleureux.

Tout était parfait ou presque ☺️ Le seul côté négatif, il y a très peu d’ombre à la plage, mais beaucoup de chaises. Nous avons tellement bien mangé au buffet, que nous ne sommes pas allés aux restaurants à la carte. Pour la mer, malgré le vent qui était toujours présent, il n’y a pas de grosses vagues et l’eau est très belle. Nous avions une belle grand chambre à l’étage supérieur avec 2 lits située face à la piscine dans le bloc 5. Ce bloc est près du lobby, mais loin de la plage. Le seul bémol, il n’y a pas de ventilateur au plafond.

Prendre note qu’il y a un super Aqua parc accessible autant pour les adultes que les enfants ☺️ Alors, comme vous pouvez le constater, mes commentaires sont 99% positif. Alors, je vous souhaites un beau séjour tout comme le nôtre ☀️💖🍹
