Pleasant stay with a few points to improve

Overall, we had a good stay, but a few things are worth mentioning. Unfortunately, there's no beach directly accessible from the hotel. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the right to find a small stretch of beach. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's not ideal if you're looking for immediate access to the sea. The food at the buffet was often cold, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the app for booking the à la carte restaurants wasn't working during our stay, making reservations more complicated. On the other hand, the service was excellent: the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This is definitely a strong point of the hotel. The room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. We also appreciated having hot water with good pressure in the shower all week—a small detail that makes a difference. In short, a pleasant stay thanks to the staff and the comfortable room, but some improvements are needed in terms of the food and beach access.

More... Less...Il n’y a malheureusement pas de plage directement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Il faut marcher environ 10 minutes vers la droite pour trouver un petit coin de plage. Ce n’est pas dramatique, mais ce n’est pas idéal si on cherche un accès immédiat à la mer.
La nourriture au buffet était souvent froide, ce qui a été un peu décevant. De plus, l’application pour réserver les restaurants à la carte ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, rendant les réservations plus compliquées.
En revanche, le service était excellent : le personnel est très souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. C’est définitivement un point fort de l’établissement.
La chambre était très grande, propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons aussi apprécié avoir de l’eau chaude avec une bonne pression dans la douche toute la semaine — un détail qui fait la différence.
En résumé, un séjour agréable grâce au personnel et au confort de la chambre, mais quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires au niveau de la restauration et de l’accessibilité à la plage.

Beautiful hotel! Fabulous
Très bel hôtel! Fabuleux
A brand new, very luxurious hotel, true to the Hilton chain. The staff is extraordinary, smiling, and welcoming. The rooms are large, beautiful, and very clean, with a splendid view of the mountain range in the background. The only downside is the bay water, which isn't clear and has a muddy bottom. You need water pillars. The advantage is that there are no waves since it's a bay. However, for those who enjoy walking, the beach is quite long. As for activities, aside from the evening shows every other night, there isn't much else going on, and no nightclub. There's a little bit of activity in the lobby, but it's very quiet. For those who don't go to bed at 10:00 PM, there's a sports bar with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a few other games. If you're looking for a party spot, this isn't the place.

Les chambres sont grandes, belles, très propres, la vue est splendide, avec la chaîne de montagnes en arrière plan.
Le seul bémol est l’eau de la baie qui n’est pas claire et le fond est glaiseux. Ça prend des piliers d’eau.
L’avantage est qu’il n’y a pas de vagues puisque c'est une baie.
Toutefois pour ceux qui aime marcher la plage est assez longue .
Coté activité outre les spectacles en soirée, un soir sur deux, il n’y a pas grand chose, pas de discothèque. Il y a un peu d’animation au lobby mais c’est très tranquille.
Pour ceux qui ne se couche pas à 22:00 il y a le bar sportif où il y a table de billard, hockey sur air, baby-foot et quelques jeux.
Si tu cherches un endroit pour faire le party, ce n’est pas la bonne place.
