This hotel is old but will be renovated this summer. The staff is very kind, attentive... The food is excellent, 2 restaurants including 1 with 7 services. Room and site very clean. The beach is very small (20 chairs) without umbrella you have to install them by yourself by digging phew shovel provided?? lots of seaweed... The site is super quiet ideal, no loud music at the 3 pools wow ... rental at the hotel of car-golf much more expensive (double the price) compared to the city center. Arrived by private boat directly at the hotel from Dreams Vista Cancun..wow but return impossible too much wind, waves so we had to take a taxi and the ferry to get to Dreams vista Cancun to take the transport back to the hotel Dreams vista Cancun. The hotel will be magnificent after renovation... to be continued to return there..

Cette hôtel est vieillotte mais sera rénovée cette été. Le personnel très gentil, attentif ...La nourriture excellente,2 restos donc 1 avec 7 services .Chambre et site très propre. La plage est très petite (20 chaises) sans parasol tu dois les installer par toi même en creusant oufff pelle fournie?? beaucoup d algue...Le site est super tranquille idéal, pas de musique forte aux 3 piscines wow ...location a l hôtel de car-golf beaucoup plus dispendieux(double de prix)l comparativement au centre ville. Arrivé en bateau privée directement a l hôtel a partir du Dreams Vista Cancun..wow mais retour impossible trop de vent ,vague donc on a du prendre un taxi et le ferry pour ce rendre au Dreams vista Cancun pour reprendre le transport jusqu' a l hôtel Dreams vista Cancun. L hôtel sera magnifique apres réno...à suivre pour y retournée..

No buffet - all à la carte. A 7-course restaurant with a fixed menu that changes daily. The food is super good. The hotel needs renovations to maintain its 5-star rating and is supposed to close for this purpose in spring 2022. The entertainment is almost non-existent, but we knew it was a hotel for relaxing. Small beach, beautiful sand, but once you get to the navel, there is seaweed at the bottom.

Aucun buffet - tout à la carte. Un restaurant est 7 services avec menu fixe changeant tous les jours. La bouffe est super bonne. L’hôtel a besoin de rénovation pour maintenir son 5 étoilées et c’est supposé fermer pour ces fins au printemps 2022. L’animation est quasi inexistante mais nous savions que c’était une hotel pour se reposer. Petite plage, sable beau mais une fois rendu au nombril il y a des algues au fond.
