Go to one of the Air Transat counters to check in, get your boarding pass and drop off your luggage. Then fly to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (Terminal 3).

After collecting your luggage, proceed to Terminal 2 (TN) to check in at the TGV AIR counter and obtain your train tickets.

Make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes before the train departs for check-in and then take your seat on board to travel to your final destination.

Go to the TGV AIR counter and collect your train ticket to travel to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

You arrive at the train station in terminal 2 of the airport. You must then go to terminal 3 to check in at the Air Transat counter.

After collecting your boarding pass and dropping off your luggage, you will be ready to fly to Canada.

No. Animals are not allowed on TGV AIR, either on board or in the luggage compartment. However, certified emotional support and assistance dogs with a certificate are an exception.
Yes. However, for technical reasons, the wheelchair must not exceed 75 cm in width and 117 cm in length when unfolded. The combined weight of the wheelchair and passenger must not exceed 150 kg. Assistance is also available by contacting the Seat Selection and Information Centre at 1-877-TRANSAT at least 48 hours before departure.
